Scope Of Application

       SM18( rated current adjustable ) Series Moulded Case styleCircuit Breaker(hereinafter referred to as SM18) applied to circuit of AC 50 Hz/60 Hz, Rated Voltage 690V or less, direct current rated voltageis 250V or less, rated current up to 800A. It has the functions of overload, short-circuit and lack voltage protection.
      SM18 commonly is used for distribution protection. Rated current In≤400A, it also can be used for electromotor protection, and unfrequently start and stop operation.
         SM18 applied to triphibian use, so as to ship use, enduring humidity, salt fog, mildew and ship normally vibration. For ship use, normally environment temperature is -25℃~+45℃, product according to Ship Electrical Equipment of IEC92 and Ship Use Low Voltage Electric Basic Requirement of GB/T3783 adn relative regulate .

Normally Use Condition

a) altitude of installation location is under 2000m(special requirement should negotiate with manufacturer),
b) ambient air temperature is -25℃~+45℃, and 24haverage value under +35℃(special requirement should negotiate with manufacturer),
c) the highest temperature +40℃, air relative humidity 50% or less, lower temperature . It allow higher relative humidity. For example, if 20℃ upto 90%. The dew coagulated by change of temperature should adopt proper measure (e.g. drain hole),
d) pollution grade 3
